The latest series within the Tanglewood line-up: the Blackbird line! This time in a compact O version which lends itself well to subtle fingerstyle work, although we can rightly speak of an all-rounder. This version is also equipped with a Tanglewood Premium Plus element so that you are even ready for the stage. The built-in tuner is also handy. You can actually see these guitars as the evolution of the Crossroads models. For the looks, Tanglewood took inspiration from the acoustic guitars of the 1940s and 1950s and they look charming and authentic. Each guitar in the series has been carefully designed and assembled to achieve a tight character in the low end, with a beautiful, rich sparkle in the high end. The color of the finish falls under the name Smokestack Black and it creates a very nice picture. Tanglewood has once again managed to design a very complete and high-quality series in the starter segment.
